1. Create 5 examples of physical sounds, of "concrete" sounds using the Reason Subtractor.  Save each as a .zyp file (save from the Subtractor itself).

2.  Using one or more Subtractors, create a short mix (30 seconds to 1 minute) focussed on timbre and utilizing the layered automation techniques discussed in class.  In preparation for this mix, listen to the examples of John Chowning's music found in the studio soundfile library listening directory (Sounds --> sflib --> listening).
