I was wondering how we can make arrangements for equipment and soundchecks. While I'm pretty much finished with my project, the performance of certain parts of my project is predicated on logistics. I pose this question in general to see if there's some sort of procedure we need to follow, but I also want to inquire about my project in particular.

Equipment needed:
-Vocal mic, amp mic
-Drum set
-Guitar stand
-Possibly, use of the projector

Equipment I will be bringing:
-Guitar, amp, and pedals
-Laptop
