Our final reading will be with the Wind Ensemble, Professor Johnston Turner conducting.  This date is still TBA but you can expect the end of April.  Watch this page for further information.

Our second session with Paul Merrill's improvising septet will be on March 14th at 4pm (just after the Composer's Forum). The group is as follows (with /'s denoting available doublings):

Tenor/Baritone sax
Trumpet/Flugel
Tuba/trombone
Vibes/marimba
Bass
Drums

We will meet in room B27 and go over to either B21 or B20. Please have your piece organized with portability in mind.
 

Violinist Joseph Lin will be visiting us on Thursday February 21st at 10am - 12:30pm, our usual seminar meeting time.  Please be on time and have your pieces ready to go, ideally waiting in your user account on devel (main OSX system in B27).
